Should Ads be Banned from TV Programs?

Im writing to complain abut ads on TV. There are so many ads, especially during my favorite programs. I think they should be stopped for a number of reasons.

First, ads are a nuisance. They go on for a long time and there are so many. Sometimes there seems to be more ads than pragrams.

Second, ads are a bad influence on people. They try to encourage people to buy unhealthy food like beers, soft drinks, candies, and chips. In other word, they make people want things they not really need and cannot afford.

Finally, ads play role in what programs people watch. That is because there are lots of ads in popular programs that a lot of people watch. Some programs which are not so popular get stopped becouse they do not attract enough ads, even though those programs may be someone’s favorite.

For those reasons, I think TV stations should stop showing ads. Tehy interrupt programs. They are a bad influence on people and they sometimes put a stop to people’s favorite shows. I am sick of ads and now I mostly watch movie in cinema.

The subjective opinion is an opinion which shows personal thought or feeling. The subjective opinions in the text above are I think they should be stopped for a number of reasons (in paragraph 1) and I think TV stations should stop showing ads (in paragraph 5).

    5. Thinking verb is a verb which is used to express someone’s opinion about something, for example, believe, guess, and know. The thinking verb which is used in the text above is think.

    6. Modality = modal auxiliary. It is used as an addition information in a sentence. Modality used in the text is should. Need is actually a modal but in this text it is not used a modal.
