ciri-ciri: paling sering memakai dua tenses, yaitu simple present tense dan present continuous tense.

simple present tense memakai pola SUBJECT + VERB 1
biasanya dipakai untuk perbuatan sehari-hari, kebiasaan, atau peristiwa yg tidak ada kaitannya dengan waktu.
contoh: i listen to the music everyday --> everyday=keterangan waktu
i love you --> tdk ada kaitannya dgn waktu

present continuous tense memakai pola SUBJECT + to be + VERB1+ing
dipakai untuk perbuatan yang SEDANG dilakukan saat itu jg.
contoh: I am reading a book right now. --> right now=keterangan waktu
